HALO PRODUCTS ARE IN THE FINAL

STAGES OF THE FDA’S PMTA APPROVAL PROCESS

In March of 2021, all Pre-Market Tobacco Applications submitted for Halo vape products were accepted by the Food and Drug Administration and advanced to the Substantive Scientific Review phase of the FDA’s PMTA approval process. The Substantive Scientific Review phase is the final stage of the process prior to FDA approval of a Premarket Tobacco Application. While Halo’s PMTAs remain under review by the FDA, all respective products are authorized to be sold in the US.
